★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前幾天買了一件羽絨外套，回家後發現拉鍊卡卡的，1/09 兩點回去大魯閣門市退貨的時候，有一個瘦高、可能有戴眼鏡，剪小瓜呆頭的男店員，態度超級差，口氣超兇、超不耐煩（可能就是前幾樓說的瘦高、講話有點娘的店員，因為他講話有那種感覺，可惜他身上沒別名牌）。退貨是欠他錢嗎？難道商品瑕疵退貨還要看店員臉色？他超不適合做服務業，如果他繼續接待客人，大概google評分只會持續往下掉。本來滿喜歡net的，現在覺得員工訓練及錄取都有待加強！！
