★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A stand was labeled "BUY 2, Get 20% off". I spent an hour trying on and choosing which items to buy for this deal but when I got to the counter they said "We made a mistake. None of the items under that sign are for this deal." The staff just apologized and did NOTHING to make up for THEIR mistake. How can you put a BIG sign saying "Buy 2, Get 20% off" but actually everything under that sign isn't for that deal????? Don't their staff know of this mistake???? I was a regular customer, but after they chose to do nothing I won't be back. I didn't buy the items I chose and instead found another store nearby (and got much better service).
