★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super slow service. Had an appointment at 09:10, and I wasn't helped until 09:40. The receptionist didn't appear for the 09:00 appointment until 09:10, and not until someone waiting in line had loudly called halloooo towards the back of the office. In the meantime, the queue of people waiting for their appointments just got longer and longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Taiwanese woman at the windown (I think she’s a consular officer) has the worst attitude towards her own nationality; you can’t possibly ask her any question without being humiliated. She’s only friendly with foreigners or whoeve speaks English. I’m bilingual but I spoke Mandarin to her just to be nice and polite but she literally shamed me in front of everyone when I simply asked her how long would it take for my docs to be done or if it’s possible to pick up the docs in person; her reaction was please leave, I got no time for your question and then she proceeded to talk to the customer behind me. I was in great shock as how was it ok to speak to a customer this way. The Netherlands shouldn’t have someone like this representing them.
