★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is very old. Airconditions were not cold, lots of mosquitoes in our room. I had lots of bites when I wake up in the morning. Though the receptionist and one lady staff were so helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although we couldn't check in to our room until 3pm the staff let us leave our luggage at the reception. They were incredible nice and helped us find a few good cafés around the hotel, they even booked us a massage when we asked where the next massage/foot spa was. The room was big, with a window and very clean.
We got complimentary breakfast which we could choose from, either western style (sandwich) or Chinese style (noodles). There was a choice of drinks and as to what you wanted on your sandwich or with your noodles.
The staff was so friendly, even when we asked them about a ferry to green island, they called a company and helped us reserve seats. We had a very good stay here.
The location is also perfect if you don't want to be all the way in the centre. It is close enough and everything is in walking distance but far enough so it isn't too loud. Had a really good experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About right for the price but there were a few basic things that would be easy to fix. The curtains didn't close all the way. Like a 30cm gap. The shower drain didn't hook up right to the drain pipe so the bathroom for flooded. The room we were in could have used a remodel with more outlets. The control center was one from the 80s. It has a fridge and TV. The location is pretty good and the staff was really nice.
