★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒看診，等不了不退掛號費。問已預約為何等那麼久？櫃檯回答已告知需預留2小時做檢查。傻等和做檢查的時間是同樣的？自己說同一時間預約好幾位。請問預約的定義與意義在哪裡？ 一進門，看到網站照片與現場完全不同，現場又小又舊。要求加line，也說如果方便用line提供報告和影像，結果只是為了營造快速服務的形象，醫生是現場看，一切事前安排和提供的資料都是浪費時間。問醫生是不是以後都要等那麼久，回答我可以去找別人看。請問這樣的態度與應對，如何信任可以提供好的醫療品質？
