剛剛打電話詢問隔離單,服務人員是一位先生,雖然不知道他貴姓,但非常有耐心幫我們家人輸入名單,而且都願意等我們講完,真是太感謝他了,要給他一個大大的?? 疫情期間所有服務人員都辛苦了~ 謝謝你們??

因為家裡長輩行動不便,證件即將到期,幫忙辦理換發證件,拿最近大頭照給櫃檯申辦,櫃檯14-16之間其中之一,說家人大頭照看起來年紀不符(妳的眼睛是年齡辨識系統嗎?),說要拿最近三個月內的大頭照,態度真的很不好,我說這就是最近的,長輩就是長這樣子,要求我提供生活照或是用視訊,家裡老人都用老人機,不會用智慧型手機耶,怎麼辦?跟我說那就沒辦法辦理,不好意思,請提供最近大頭照還是回家拍照,我真的很無言,這真的是很擾民。。。超傻眼。。。。

因為家人填錯疫調單導致收不到匡列居隔單,疾管署電話一直打不進去,苦無辦法只好打給區公所問看看,總機幫忙轉接後,負責的先生非常有耐心的聆聽我的狀況、幫我重新送出申請,且告知可以協助的相關單位電話,不管有沒有幫助,非常感謝你們在疫情間這麼辛苦還如此有耐心❤️謝謝你們~

家人是5/1通知pcr陽性,有兩位同住家人至今都尚未收到居家隔離通知書。 於5/11早上10點向板橋區公所e-mail申請補發 5/14至公所領取快篩時因沒有居隔書現場人員查詢說有資料所以先通融領快篩。並告知居隔書要再等幾天。 5/17看到公所申請補發的申請書有更動所以致電給關懷中心,關懷中心什麼資料都沒有留只叫我繼續等。 5/18看到公所又再度更改申請補發的申請書,再致電給關懷中心,關懷中心跟我要了資料發現家人是5/1確診真的有點久,後回電告知可能是漏掉?漏掉耶?覺得真的很誇張。 隔離結束到現在已經2個禮拜過去了都還沒收到,下個禮拜就月底,公司人事一直催假單要核算薪水,公所現在持續不回信件,也不提供現場補發,只會說繼續等。

週一想幫父親申請獨居老人關懷,因弟弟失聯、妹妹住外縣市、自己又癌症化療中又顧1歲孩子,所以想幫父親申請獨老關懷,沒有要申請補助什麼的,有自行電話詢問板橋社會局,說要由里長那邊通報造冊,他們就會收到資料,於是里長將爸爸身份證資料傳給區公所,後來下午我接到區公所社會科打來的電話,口氣很差的說里長傳你爸身份證資料來是要做什麼?我說想幫父親申請獨老關懷,他竟說要低收入戶才可以,後來我說社會局網路的資格條件並沒有說要低收入戶,而且我爸有符合獨老關懷的條件,她卻說哪個網路,我現在在線上你講啊~是哪个網路,後來我說為何社會局網站這樣寫,你們區公所網路也這樣寫,為何你卻說要低收才行,後來口氣才軟化的說我不是承辦人員,我再請承辦人員跟你聯絡,後來週三了也沒聯繫我,還是我自己打給區公所社會科好幾通電話,都忙線中,但後來聯繫總機才接,但也是輾轉了3次才接電話,口氣雖然不大聲但也是給人感覺很不削的感覺,還要自己去一趟,真的覺得不論社會局還要區公所,他們都有在踢皮球的感覺,每個人都講不一樣,然後再說自己不清楚,然後口氣差的講完後,自知理虧然後再推說自己不是承辦人,真的覺得你們工作人員竟然比民眾還不清楚,真的很……只是想說在疫情間,以前都是我自己在照顧父親,但現在乳癌三期化療中又顧1歲孩子,我真的沒有辦法去照顧父親,也不是要申請補助錢什麼的,就只是想有個關懷注意父親什麼的,卻百般刁難……

已經忘了第幾次來這辦事了,第三次?第四次?所謂「無事不登三寶殿」,今天下午短休數個小時,來替家人辦理悠遊敬老卡?這個公家機關前方正在施工,因此交通不是挺方便,機車也只能停在鄰近的拉麵店前方?辦理業務的等候時間約十多分鐘,承辦是一位大姊,感覺應對略顯制式沒有太多溫暖,心想:可能已經服務多年,想趕緊解決眼前的客人吧?辦完後則是到另一個櫃檯領取悠遊卡,倒是很貼心提醒卡片展期作業,否則無法六個月後無法繼續使用。放眼望去,整個公所活力度偏低,有點可惜,但我相信每位服務人員是認真、專業的,謝謝?
