Thank you for your patience and assistance from the firefighters of each division, sincerely thank you :) The gentleman who answered the phone gave us the most direct and correct advice when facing us people who are full of anxiety and panic calling 119. I would also like to thank the two gentlemen who were present for showing great patience, taking the initiative to help calm the mood of the sick elders, and doing more inspections and tests if there was any doubt. The attitude made us very reassured, and the process did not reveal a trace of impatience.. .admirable. Sincerely grateful and moved~ Because we were afraid of trouble, it was the first time we called 119 (there were many concerns and personal factors), and we were surprised that the public could have such a secure backing! In the future, we will cherish resources and never waste them. thanks:)
