但就一般而言是個不錯的唸書空間，乾淨明亮。
There is no distinction between self-study space and general reading area, and it is sometimes affected by others, especially children.
But in general it is a good study space, clean and bright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自修室位置不多，但是圖書館內人也少，唯一缺點是附近沒什麼餐廳或便利商店，要走到橫科路12號那邊才有，對於長時間在圖書館的人來說不是很方便
There are not many study rooms, but there are not many people in the library. The only drawback is that there are no restaurants or convenience stores nearby. It is only accessible to the 12th Hengke Road. It is not very convenient for people who have been in the library for a long time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大部份圖書館都只開放到17點，很少有圖書開放到晚上21點，這點真的很棒。
缺點就是男廁廁所尿騷味很重，好幾次進去上廁所都是閉氣，實在難以忍受，需要改善一下。
開車的話這裡並無汽車停車位，需要到附近找路邊停車或是走一小段到附近停車場。
Most of the libraries are only open until 17:00, very few books are open until 21:00, which is really good.
The disadvantage is that the men's toilet has a strong smell of urine, and it is unbearable to go to the toilet several times. It needs to be improved.
If you are driving, there is no car parking space here, so you need to find on-street parking nearby or walk a short distance to a nearby parking lot.
