123樓是幼稚園跟活動中心，可以感到是一棟很老的建築，樓梯很舊。
目前圖書館藏書非常的少，入館要實名認證是要自己拿紙條填寫，入館要戴口罩。
有飲水機跟衛生間，衛生間在8點30分開館進去時仍有一些味道，飲水間則是有些昏暗。此間圖書館非常的小。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位子不多 但很寬敞 不會有壓迫感 只是旁邊碧潭的小朋友會很大聲 還有樓下市場的進出貨卡車 但如果是要讀大考 我覺得其實還行 畢竟考試的時候也難免有這種噪音
