★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can take a course of lots of different classes, TRX, yoga, Zumba etc. plus there is a pool, parking and a gym. The counter staff speak some English too. It can be tricky booking a place on the couse initially as there is a specific time window to do that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Facility was opened in 2015, so still relatively new, the gym and the pool are well maintained. However, the changing rooms could use a little more love. from the cleaners. 50 dollar for 1 hour drop-in at the gym and 100 dollar for one drop in at the pool (no time limit). Monthly passes also available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to relax and work out. Great swimming pool even though sometimes it's too crowded. Excellent gym with all the workout support you need. Trainers on site available for any questions. Plenty flexible payment plans that will encourage you to join.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a place where you can workout or swim. No membership required. You can just pay by the hour. The fee is very reasonable and affordable. It's one of the great achievement of the New Taipei City Government. People who lives in the near by area should fully utilize this great facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice gym but can be too busy during peak times. Swimming pool is 25 meters in length. It would be better if they divided the lanes into slow and fast lanes. There is a nice sauna and Jacuzzi. Shower rooms are not the cleanest. Can also rent basketball, badminton and squash courts. Table tennis and pool facilities, too. Lots of aerobic classes and yoga etc. Something for everyone at good prices.
