This is my guild. I used to come here once a year, but this time the epidemic turned to wear a mask every week. Thank you so much for those staff who did not even rest at noon to serve us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 只懂收錢、沒有服務熱忱，凡事都要紙本跟不上電子化時代，email證明、傳真機也省著用，付了那麼多月費卻用不到的服務，比公家機關更不懂變通、欠缺給人方便的服務精神，有待改進！
I only know how to collect money and have no enthusiasm for service. Everything has to be printed on paper and can’t keep up with the electronic age. Email certificates and fax machines are also saved. I pay so many monthly fees but don’t use services that I don’t understand. Flexible, lack of convenient service spirit, needs to be improved!

The attitude of the staff who handed out doctor masks was very impatient and made people feel very uncomfortable. I don’t respect my job or people who come to receive masks! I think it is unnecessary to give a star!
