只是收件速度跟簡易案件的審查速度也是堪稱全台最慢的，一件抵押權塗銷簡易案件，竟然需要看30分鐘，這種「超高效率」真的大開眼界!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 送案件，服務中心人員很客氣，但表示要讓他們先檢查過後，才能抽號碼牌進入辦理櫃台，不然受理櫃台不接受申請文件。一般民眾非專業錯誤難免，但服務人員檢查後還是詳細細節還是要由櫃台承辦人員判斷，讓人無所適從。
