★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice equipment here, huge swimming pool (but I don't swim), coffee shop on the first floor. Price per hour reasonable, staff for the most part friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful standard swimming pool with several different hot spa facility for a very affordable price. I also like the racquet ball court. The café in first floor serves coffee, tea and nice café dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the new gym in town. There are lots of rooms to conduct various sports. The pool is great. The outdoor rock climbing wall can be challenging. The park and cycling path around the facility are nice too. The coffee shop is decent.

Pros:
Indoor kids area is great.
Coffee shop inside and plenty of seats to escape summer heat
Swimming pool is large and hosts a kiddy pool
Overall very clean and new
Cons:
The weight lifting area is tiny and only has two benches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The gym is great. I go regularly. My only compliant is that the shower room is too hot and humid. There is no fan or air conditioning running. It makes clean work clothes sweaty while you are changing after a shower. Why can't the air conditioning be turned on in the shower room like it is throughout the building?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for sweating. They’ve got gym, swimming pool, diverse venue for ball sports. The staff is nice for giving you advice and any information you need. And they’ve got very nice view from the hall where you can chill from the soreness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only time I visited there is for my COVID vaccine shot. The place is quite spacious and clean. Facilities are quite new and well kept. COVID prevention measures are pretty good. I would certainly come here to exercise when the COVID is over.
