★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 帶小孩去打流感液苗，發現他們作業整個流程很散漫，難怪要等那麼久，打針的人員超極不專業，也沒有說明液苗使用期限（因為別家都會說明），然後打完針只跟我說小孩子打針都會這樣抗拒嗎？這不是廢話嗎？小孩子怕痛不是很正常嗎？這樣的態度非常不友善，若不是別的衛生所排不到，實在不想再來你們鶯歌這打液苗。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 態度非常差，只是打電話詢問要怎麼辦租屋補助的事情而已，工作人員態度很差秒掛電話口氣也很差，現場詢問的時候更差，很想要把人趕走一樣的⋯不知道是年紀大還是更年期或者職前訓練的問題，如果真的要用這樣的態度對我們去公所辦事的話乾脆就不要出來上班好啦！！臭臉口氣差，為什麼我們要無辜受這種罪⋯拜託不要為了拿政府的錢隨便做事了好嗎？！
