餅不會硬是稍微偏軟蓬鬆的口感，裡面的料不是油油膩膩的甜奶油，是鹹奶油而且不太甜啊！滿特別的，雖然我不是很愛這種口感，但吃起來不膩味推一個

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本身是嘉義在地人，今天帶小孩參加diy才第一次踏進這家老店，發現每種糕餅都很有特色，後來買了浮雪跟大福餅，浮雪中間是夾奶油乳酪，小孩說很好吃；大福餅吃起來有點像銅鑼燒，偏甜但好吃。下次再找時間去買麻糬跟磅蛋糕。
I am a native of Chiayi. Today I took my children to participate in the DIY. I only stepped into this old shop for the first time. I found that each type of cake is very unique. Later, I bought the snow and Dafu cakes. The snow is sandwiched with cream cheese. Said it was delicious; dafuku cake tasted a bit like dorayaki, sweet but delicious. Next time I will find time to buy mochi and pound cake.

豆腐蛋糕:白色蛋糕綿密微甜口感，中間餡料黑芝麻與紅豆的結合。
整體來說對本人偏甜。
鹹餐包:口感為蓬鬆，鹹度平衡OK。
浮雪餅:外觀似馬卡龍，但口感截然不同;內餡鹹甜平衡，糕體口感紮實度剛好。
Bought 3 kinds of tofu cake, salty meal bag, and snow cake.
Tofu cake: The white cake is dense and slightly sweet, and the middle filling is a combination of black sesame and red beans.
Overall, it's kind of sweet to me.
Salty Meal Pack: The taste is fluffy and the saltiness balance is OK.
Floating Snow Cake: It looks like a macaron, but the taste is completely different; the filling is salty and sweet, and the cake body tastes just right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來之前有先看google map評價，知道店員態度不是很優，實際來之後，覺得店員就是態度冷冷的，比較不像一般伴手禮店會有的熱情招待??
但態度這部分我是還好啦，反正只是買東西～
只是比較在乎的點，是店家沒有提供紙袋，有點小可惜，因為伴手禮買來送人，就是要水擱大方，只有塑膠袋不太好看，強烈建議店家出自家的紙袋應該會很優秀喔！
Before coming here, I looked at the google map reviews, and I knew that the attitude of the clerk was not very good. After actually coming, I felt that the clerk had a cold attitude, which was not like the warm hospitality that ordinary souvenir shops would have ??
But I'm okay with the attitude part, I'm just buying things anyway~
The only thing I care about is that the store does not provide paper bags, which is a bit of a pity, because I bought it as a gift, and I want to put it in the water generously. Only the plastic bags are not very good-looking. It is strongly recommended that the store's own paper bags should be very good. !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very high class looking shop, but reasonably priced and friendly services. Bought 2 of my favourite to try, lemon cake & chestnut with red bean, and both excellent, but both need to be chilled so can only eat them while I'm here, as i live overseas.
