經由朋友的介紹來到新動力兩個月了,雖然時間不長,但這段時間的運動品質及效果是我以前沒有經歷過的,所以想來分享一下心得? 體驗課教練Henry從口頭詢問身體狀態開始,就很有耐心且仔細地了解我過去及現在的運動習慣及受傷情形,接著教練進一步以一些指定動作及按摩來確認當下的身體狀況及因為受傷或姿勢不良反應在身體的不平衡,並給予日後訓練及放鬆的建議。最後教練帶我練習各主要肌群,除了告訴我怎麼做之外,也會告訴我為何要這樣做或不要這樣做,雖然身體不一定做得到,但理解上沒有問題,可以更有意識地往正確的目標前進~ 訓練課教練Edison延續體驗課專業的教學內容,每次上課都有新的學習與收穫,而不是只有單純身體上的勞累。除了充實的課程內容外,運動強度我覺得教練也掌握得滿適合現在的我,讓痠痛不至於影響平常的生活,也有餘力在下次上課前安排2到3次的自主練習。同時,教練也很要求動作的正確,不會為了提高強度而犧牲目標肌群的訓練品質,並且會明確告訴我平常練習時可以做的重量範圍。 隨著課程堂數的累積也更加發現教練在教學方法上的用心,例如課表的安排,在教練的解釋下才知道某些動作與之後訓練間的連貫性,讓我知道是為了什麼而練。而循序漸進的動作調整,也讓我可以在達到基本的動作要求後,透過細節的微調感受到更多目標肌群的發力? 整個過程中,教練時常給予肯定與鼓勵,提醒我看到自己的進步,也練習允許自己當下還做不到的身體狀態,可以慢慢來。 運動按摩也是我很喜歡的部份,每次課後的按摩都是全身性的肌肉放鬆,甚至連眼窩、頭皮都按了?另外教練也會針對當天訓練的部位做加強??? 其他像是課前、課後身體狀況的詢問、課中運動情形的紀錄、飲食的調整、訓練相關用品的建議等,都讓我得到很好的幫助! 最後想提一下我覺得新動力很棒的環境,大面的自然採光、適度的空調、沒有異味的飲水機跟訓練空間、乾淨整潔的浴廁、大大的置物櫃,讓我可以在這裡舒適地運動~而教練們都很親切,有時候看他們在沙發區吃東西覺得莫名地自然?,加上櫃檯佈置的收藏品、卡片、一些理念小物跟可愛的NewNew、FitFit,讓人走進來有很溫馨的感覺!總之~舒適輕鬆沒有壓力的空間也是我覺得新動力很棒的特色。 如果要濃縮成一句這兩個月在新動力的心得,我會說新動力讓我可以很「安心」地把朝著目標運動這件事交給團隊及教練?推薦給大家~

Although it is not long, the quality and effect of the exercise during this period is something I have not experienced before, so I want to share my experience? The coach Henry of the experience class started by verbally asking about my physical condition. He patiently and carefully understood my past and present exercise habits and injuries. Then the coach further confirmed the current physical condition and the injury or posture with some designated movements and massages. The adverse reactions are unbalanced in the body, and suggestions for future training and relaxation are given. In the end, the coach took me to practice each major muscle group. In addition to telling me how to do it, he also told me why I should do it or not. Although my body may not be able to do it, there is no problem in understanding, and I can do it more consciously. The right goal to move forward ~ Edison, the coach of the training course, continues the professional teaching content of the experience course, and each class has new learning and gains, not just physical fatigue. In addition to the substantial content of the course, I think the coach has also mastered the exercise intensity to suit me now, so that the soreness will not affect my daily life, and I have the spare energy to arrange 2 to 3 independent exercises before the next class. At the same time, the coach also requires the correct movements, will not sacrifice the training quality of the target muscle group in order to improve the strength, and will clearly tell me the weight range that I can do during normal exercises. With the accumulation of the number of courses, I have also discovered the coach's intentions in teaching methods, such as the arrangement of the class schedule. Only after the coach's explanation can I know the continuity between certain movements and subsequent training, so that I know what I practice for. The step-by-step movement adjustment also allows me to feel the power of more target muscle groups through fine-tuning of details after meeting the basic movement requirements? During the whole process, the coach often gave affirmation and encouragement, reminding me to see my progress, and to practice allowing myself to be in a physical state that I can’t do at the moment, so I can take it slow. Sports massage is also my favorite part. After each class, the massage is to relax the muscles of the whole body, even the eye sockets and scalp are pressed ? In addition, the coach will also strengthen the parts of the training that day??? Others such as inquiries about physical conditions before and after class, records of exercise conditions during class, adjustments to diet, suggestions for training-related supplies, etc., have all given me great help! Finally, I would like to mention the environment that I think the new power is great, large natural lighting, moderate air conditioning, water dispenser and training space without peculiar smell, clean and tidy bathrooms, large lockers, so that I can comfortably here Sports~ And the coaches are very kind, sometimes watching them eat in the sofa area feels inexplicably natural?, plus the collectibles, cards, some small ideas and cute NewNew and FitFit arranged on the counter, it makes people feel very comfortable to walk in. Cozy feeling! In short ~ comfortable, relaxed and stress-free space is also a feature of the new power that I think is great. If I want to condense my experience in New Momentum for the past two months, I would say that New Motivation allows me to give the team and coaches the task of moving towards the goal with "peace of mind"? Wade and all of the trainers at New Fitness are absolutely incredible. I’ve been going for workouts at their gym regularly for a few years and they always provide the best service. Each of the trainers who work there are knowledgeable, professional, and really take the time to focus on their individual clients. Whether it is showing someone a new way of exercising or encouraging people to reach their full potential, the staff are there working with you every step of the way. I truly look forward to going to New Fitness to learn from my trainers and work together for the best possible results. They also check in with me via text message after each session to see how I am feeling and give suggestions on what exercises to do. The space at New Fitness is clean, organized, and full of brand new equipment. They even have a VIP room! It really feels like a community atmosphere at the gym and I’ve met some wonderful friends from my time working out there. To all of the coaches and staff at New Fitness, thank you for everything you have helped me with!

I'm so glad that I happened to find this place on Google Maps! I was initially worried that I'd feel out of place at a training gym, but the New Fitness staff crushed that worry right away. Everyone is so friendly every time I go in, and it creates a really comfortable atmosphere. Wade is an amazing trainer who pushes me every session and makes sure my time at the gym is spent well. We spend sessions doing exercises I wouldn't be able to do at home/by myself, but he also demonstrates what I should do on my own time and recommends what equipment to get. His customized monthly workout schedule is super helpful and easy to follow in between sessions. I also appreciate that he takes my previous knee injury into consideration and modifies exercises immediately if I express discomfort with an exercise. I look forward to my sessions each week and can highly recommend New Fitness. :)

I have been training with Wade and his exceptional team for over a year now. You won’t find a more knowledgeable, professional, effective, or caring group of trainers in Taipei. They offer private 1.5 hour sessions that include a custom workout routine and a custom sports massage based on your body’s needs. I never understood my body’s own strengths, weaknesses, aches, and pains until I started training at New Fitness. Their methods are not only based on science, but also years of experience. Wade and his team members all hold degrees in their respective specialties (some with multiple Masters from US universities). They train professional athletes, the average Joe, and those who who require physical therapy. My husband suffered back, knee, and foot injuries, but thanks to Wade, Henry, and Robert, he is able to surf and snowboard once again. Most of the trainers speak English or are diligently learning to accommodate their foreign clients. And all of the trainers continue to further their knowledge with weekly, internal training programs, as well as overseas training programs. New Fitness is the only place I trust for my body’s health and well-being.

I have been workout at New Fitness with Wade and his amazing team for a while; I started with weight training then expanded to boxing and sports massage at weekly levels. Those sessions are customized toward my needed and the intensity of the program is adjustable based on my condition. New Fitness also has a nutritionist who can address diet concerns and a physical therapist who can provide additional support when needed such as muscle pain/crimps. This bring additional confidence that I’m working with one of the best group of people while exercising. The coaches at New Fitness are professional, knowledgeable, caring and fun to interact with; if you are looking for a new trainer or want to start workout, I will highly recommend you connect with New Fitness to experience the effective and fun journey yourself.
