★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Muay Thai gym in Taipei. I have recommended this gym to many people wanting to try or improve in Muay Thai. The trainers are Thai, and are knowledgeable about the sport. They challenge you according to your skill and fitness level. The gym is a little small but they cap the classes when they are full, so be sure to contact them in advance to request a spot. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome Thai trainers, who are all fighters. If you want to break a sweat and have fun, this is the place for you. The gym also has classes for people who want to compete and fight. The trainers are very experienced and professional. I love that they challenge me based on my skills and goals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best option so far in central Taipei for Muai Thai classes. Only downside is the size of the gym is a bit cramped. Also, while there is no real fighting during class, the sparring with instructors is much better than at TMMA for example.
