買了一件近4000的西裝外套,多花了100麻煩店員幫我更改袖長,結果最後寄過來是錯的SIZE,整件都太大,打電話跟店員反應,店員只會跳針說當初就這件,最後溝通許久後,才請我拿回去他要幫我修改... 後來請他把過長過大的衣長跟腰身改短改小,店員說這樣改很貴,腰身好像是200左右,衣長西裝好像1000多,他說麻煩我負擔200, 我覺得也OK,畢竟當初可能溝通出了問題,結果最後寄來的西裝,衣長根.本.沒.改!!! 所以從頭到尾等於我自己拿去花了200改腰身,說要改的衣長店家根本就因為太貴不想負擔所以乾脆沒改,這樣欺騙消費者的行為真的很不可取,而且一開始也沒有想承認錯誤,只想檢討消費者,等後來我說現場有個女店員有幫我拿我的尺寸,立馬說他是工讀生他比較不懂流程跟貨量,阿所以工讀生不是你們公司的人嗎?出錯就可以當沒事嗎?要我多跑一趟回去只是為了自己花錢改,那我幹嘛不找巷口阿姨也可以自己改還不用多跑一趟 這種處理事情的態度我覺得不應該是一個連鎖店家應該要有的心態,今天我如果是奧客跟你硬凹你這樣就算了,請問我是奧客我會自己多跑一趟回去拿給你們,會聽你們店員說要自己幫我墊錢,所以補貼200給你們嗎?? 希望貴店家能自我反省,也希望看到的人注意,購買前千萬確認尺寸,現場拿走不要給他們機會弄錯!!!

之前跟爸爸來買了非常多件衣服 第一次遇到的女店員人非常好態度親切是我多給一星的原因 當天的女店員人很好不然一星都不想給 那天也買到vip會員 讓我連一星都不想給的原因 是第一次去的時候還沒買之前就感受到除了那個女生之外其他人態度非常跩覺得我爸爸年紀比較大不會買 後面買了很多又竊竊私語說沒想到之類的話非常不舒服喔^_^ 然後5/29當天晚上因為爸爸要生日我又帶著我爸爸去看了一次衣服 大約晚上8.30左右遇到一個男店員戴帽子眼神態度極度不好一副不買就滾的臉當然也因為這樣我不可能再去了畢竟潮流店不只一間店員態度實在非常重要請加油:D
