技術爛就算了 接待是在跩個什麼!
難怪彰化的業績一直很爛,員林廠的人家服務就一直很好
要不是剛好開到彰化車子出問題,一點也不想踏進
車子有問題 還特地找原廠的,結果..一間原廠不比外面的車廠
5/23 謝謝廠長打來詢問當天發生的狀況,
謝謝你們還有再重視客服,有心來改善員工素質真的很重要,
接待或服務專員的態度與應對反應真的關係到一整個公司的門面,
請那位專員真的務必要再進修一下,謝謝

我的車子不小心倒車撞到,後葉子板輕微上翹出現間隙
開去請他們幫我裝回去,結果出來3、4個人都裝不回去
要我花1萬1元後面全部換掉
去民間的烤漆場請師傅幫忙調整,1個人不用15分鐘就裝好
雖然說沒有完全密合,看起來較美觀,也沒跟我收費
究竟是原廠技師的技術不好還是其他原因,請要去的人自行判斷!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上個月在原廠保養,服務員說要更換冷凍油,我問:為甚麼要換冷凍油?服務員說:里程,時間到了,怕油變質,影響管路及壓縮機,所以最好更換。因為相信原廠作業,所以二話不說就換了。結果就在3/6號,車子開到剛下高速公路,壓縮機就掛掉,然後車子移到原廠評估修理費用。隔天跟服務員聯絡,修理費用28000多(發電機,壓縮機,皮帶,皮帶支架,皮帶輪軸)。當下我跟服務員說:我上個月才做冷氣保養(更換冷凍油),為甚麼壓縮機就掛掉,而且壓縮機掛掉的時候,發電機還正常運轉,為甚麼要更換發電機。服務員說:因為發電機有問題,導致壓縮機壞掉。這個理由讓我無法接受,我問服務員:我們在原廠保養,做那麼多檢測,發電機有問題,檢測不出來?而且距離保養到壓縮機掛掉的時間不到一個月。服務員說:發電機在保養時無法檢測出有沒有問題。當下我跟服務員:那我不修了,車子方便讓我拖走嗎?……於是付了檢測費後將車子拖到外場處理,車廠老闆看了車子檢查之後說:發電機應該沒壞(用手轉動正常,沒有異音),皮帶支架,皮帶輪軸也不需要更換。老闆立馬拆下壓縮機,將冷凍油倒出來給我看,說冷凍油那麼多,壓縮機不會掛才怪,而且沒有洩油孔,冷凍油怎麼更換,只能添加,壓縮機就是因為冷凍油太多才掛的。。。之後,車子修理好了(只需更換壓縮機,皮帶,管路清洗),發電機測量14V穩壓。經過此事件,對原廠的技術已經沒有信心了

There is a problem with the generator, but it cannot be detected? And it is less than a month before the maintenance until the compressor hangs up. The waiter said: The generator could not detect whether there is any problem during maintenance. At the moment, I told the waiter: Then I won't repair it, is it convenient for me to tow the car away? ...So after paying the inspection fee, the car was towed to the outfield for processing. After checking the car, the owner of the depot said: The generator should be in good condition (turn it by hand, no abnormal noise), and the belt bracket and pulley shaft do not need to be replaced. . The boss immediately dismantled the compressor, poured out the refrigeration oil and showed it to me. He said that there is so much refrigeration oil that the compressor will not hang up, and there is no oil drain hole. How to replace the refrigeration oil can only be added. The compressor is because of the refrigeration Too much oil to hang. . . After that, the car was repaired (just replace the compressor, the belt, and the pipes were cleaned), and the generator measured 14V voltage regulation. After this incident, I no longer have confidence in the technology of the original factory.
