2021年10月購買的x-trail,因車內導航畫面連接手機不能使用,聯絡啟恩專員,他也很好要幫我處理,約好時間,沒多細問,結果我今早跑錯到竹北服務廠,一停好車 文君專員就馬上來接待,當下就將狀況告知,他非常親切熱心幫我處理,也謝謝陳君豪專員請帥氣技師幫我檢測處理,結果是我手機關機再重新開機時,沒有將資料上傳輸出...我是3C白癡~~這趟車子回原廠感受不錯,大家都盡責盡心站在服務崗位為顧客服務~謝謝您們

環境乾淨,門市亮麗,等待區也很好。員工有禮貌,服務到位,解釋的很清楚。 美中不足的是,其總部也許太過在乎客人的評分吧,只要不是滿十分其員工就都會遭殃還是如何,或者用其他分行來做績效比較。所以儘管這家分行做的已經是非常好了,但因為總部或分行高層只會看分數的原因,每個人都把評價十分掛在嘴邊,稍微令人感覺有點可憐,一點人性化或人情味都沒有,也許這就是高層所想要的吧,一群機器人!(與其盯著網頁上的數字來看待員工,不如客服經理或高層自己在萬忙之中,抽個空,打給才剛做完保養的客人自己問一問,讓客人驚訝於你們的客服精神之餘,也能了解一些數字所不能表達的事情。)

大推竹北營業所陳君豪先生,12/17回廠檢修與定保,謝謝耐心與專業的解說以及貼心的服務,也感謝技師的協助與會計人員的服務。 1.服務品質 預約8:30,我車8:25到廠,服務人員就立即從室內出來迎接,完全不用等待,或尋找服務人員。就連下午還機車時,也是立即的出來迎接(他並不知道我甚麼時候會把機車騎回來),讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。 原本只是要定期保養,因車輛年份高多了一些需要維修更換的部分而增加了許多工時,服務人員主動提出出借機車,讓我可以先離開,避免佔用更多個人時間,真是貼心的服務。 2.專業度與解說 由於服務人員本身是技師出身,所以在解說部品零件損壞狀況與需要更換的原因,特別的專業與詳細(因為我本身也是工程技術人員)。 並會帶客戶到維修區確認部品的損壞程度與更換後的情況,讓客戶可以清楚地了解到整個維修過程。 並以中立角度為客戶分析車輛目前該更換與維修項目的輕重緩急,加上專業解說,讓客戶可以清楚判斷並決定哪些項目該更換,不會在語言上讓客戶有所壓力,或強迫消費維修單上的所有項目。 感謝讓我經歷了一個專業且輕鬆愉快沒有壓力的保修服務。

We preordered the parts and new tires, and the worker there said it will take 20 minutes to get it done and made an appointment for it. However they took more than three hours to get the changes done. Until we ask what's is going on, they didn't explain to us. The customer service personnels seriously lack in customer sensitivity. We were told to make an appointment at 3:30pm to bring our car to have a major work done. It suppose to be done within two hours as their working hours finished at 5:30. But we patiently waited for more than three hours to find out the customer service person who received us were all gone home without letting us know. We went to the back side and found out only one mechanic is working and our car is left unattended still. Raised the attention to the manager and still was told to come back next day to finish the last portion of the work. Totally unacceptable service quality.
