因為最低只能打一顆星,不然還要倒扣五顆 評論如下: 買車前什麼都好 買完後就是另一個嘴臉(銷售人員與以下提到的技師皆為好人,除了那個什麼技師長的,呵呵) 去年年底家裡牽了一台Kicks最頂級的,回家使用後發現車機觸控非常不良。甚至會當機。 初保時有反應,但和技師一起現場測試後發現沒問題,過了幾個禮拜發現真的非常不順,回到原廠反應。 初保時技術說可以發生時拍影片,影片也拍了,到現場技師也確實覺得車機觸控遲緩,請什麼技師組長來確認,試完後他竟然跟我說我們家的產品就這樣,我就問說:我們年底也牽了一台KIA的觸控不會這樣,家裡的福特觸控反應也不會這樣,賓士也不會。他回說:我們不是賓士(喔!對齁這是我的問題,因為你們不是賓士,所以車機滑不動叫正常?)。 然後請我們去試展示車,確實展示車也反應有些許遲鈍,但也沒有像我們的這麼誇張,後來我要去去試試乘車的車機(因為我記得試乘車的車機是順的),果不其然,超級順,我們跟技師組長反應後,他說我們的是正常的(我當下其實蠻納悶的,滑不動叫正常?)。 後來也不想揮了,就想說在適應一下,不試還好,一試直接當機、滑都滑不動,技師在旁邊有看到,我就說請技師組長來看一下,這樣是正常的嗎? 他就很不耐煩的跟我說:就跟你說是正常的,即使換給你也一樣。我當下超級不開心,我就說你不用換給我新的,你要給我一個理由說為什麼當機叫正常的?他就開始歇斯底里了,說是正常的,我就大聲的問他這樣是正常的?他竟然指著我說:你現在是想要變成私事是嗎?一連好幾次(我心想我來跟你處理消費後疑似瑕疵的問題,要怎麼變私事呢?況且我還是客人,花了80萬還要被罵?),我也就跟他吵了起來,還好家人與現場技師勸阻,才沒有繼續衝突,我當下要求要見廠長,我需要反應一下,現場人員回覆廠長不在。後來我就到維修廠找家人,家人說原廠要換一台給我們,他下簽完單就走了。 事後到家致電要求需找廠長,電話人員告知廠長在講電話,我說請廠長講完務必回電給我,電話人員也保證今天接得到電話,然而過了三天了,你們廠長電話還在講嗎?身體有平安健康嗎?消費者的訴求連鳥都不鳥?
