★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長期在此服務廠保養，服務人員及技師都很專業客氣，最近一次進廠保養給張姓技師服務，叫我換一堆零件以前的技師都會分析，且技師在這敏感時刻一直咳嗽讓客戶的觀感不好，更扯的是那技師在保養聊天一直聽到粗話連篇，之前沒見過這位服務技師，貴廠下次雇用人員要好好篩選，免得破壞團隊形象！
I have been doing maintenance in this service factory for a long time. The service personnel and technicians are very professional and polite. The last time I entered the factory for maintenance, the technician surnamed Zhang served me. Before asking me to change a bunch of parts, the technicians would analyze them, and the technicians kept coughing at this sensitive time, making the customer The look and feel is not good. Thanks for the help lady. Affecting the service staff, they can still be so enthusiastic to help call the tow truck to transport the car back to the south, and give us a bunch of snack trucks to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在園區新安路上，單純的保養廠，環境整齊乾淨，接待室裡提供休息的地方，有飲料、咖啡或餅乾點心之類的，還算舒服，保養服務上不錯，可以考慮來此保養。
1.不過保養的一開始確認的清單，會把不是該保養的東西先列上去，然後你自己要刪除，像是引擎下護板之類，如果你沒聽清楚，就等於被他誘導要換了，這樣作法很不OK，雖然知道想做業績，但直接先加上去，要客戶自己再刪除的感覺不是很好，
2.另外像是活動贈送的雨刷精，應該事先問客戶要不要加到雨刷水箱？而不是直接幫忙先加進去，如果我已經有先加其他雨刷精，那這樣不就混合到兩種不同品牌或功能的雨刷精了嗎？這樣可能會對雨刷或擋風玻璃使用有影響，所以這種東西應該事先詢問會比較好。
