預約保養已經寫清楚 不檢查的事項, 最後還是造成後續困擾,所以給四顆星
(給予滿意: 本人第一次前往保養,從進入到結束,接待專員與內部小姐該說明的該提醒地都有說明,在休息區等待時,內部人員都有不定時問其他客戶是否需要服務與餐點(觀察到的),因此給予滿意!)

清水洗車愈洗愈髒,驗車當下就提出了還拿塊布擦更髒
全車吸塵服務也沒吸完
致電給客服 客服還表示這是正常的讓客人不用大驚小怪
這樣的服務我也是覺得很搞笑
客訴後續,廠主管有來電說明狀況,說明此次會協助補償,後續有問題也可以找他們處理
總公司的客服主管也有再來電,雖說要投訴才有回應 但還可以接受
