，11/20有去電詢問是否提早到貨，得到的答案是沒有，沒關係
今天12/1 等了快一個月，想確定是否明天可以取貨
沒想到第一通電話店員說找不到我的資料⋯
第二通我告知他訂單號碼 對方才查到
並說應該到貨但是他們沒有收到之類的問題
然後說有消息再跟我聯絡
然後就沒有消息了⋯
之前預購一次也有類似的經驗 沒想到兩次都這樣
實在讓人很生氣
好像白白等了一個月 什麼都沒有拿到 感覺很差！

I had a similar experience when I pre-ordered once before, but I didn’t expect it to be the same twice.
Really irritating
It seems that I have waited for nothing for a month and didn't get anything. It feels very bad!
