環境乾淨整潔，有防疫隔板跟酒精提供消毒，醬料跟餐具都設有壓克力罩著，乾淨衛生超加分?

不論是紅燒還是清燉，用食材熬煮的湯就是鮮甜，喝完湯不會口渴乾澀，麵條熟度很剛好有彈性，還有我愛的刀削麵，可惜這應該是買切好的，麵條有些黏在一起沒分開部分會是生麵，紅燒是塊狀入味，清燉是片狀，半筋半肉整個軟嫩到不行，太好吃了，湯也好好喝。
滷味滷汁比較清淡一點，旁邊有醬料可以自己調整鹹度，炒青菜反而炒的很夠味，有加油蔥酥，牛肉麵配滷味就是爽。

The braised gravy is a little lighter, and there is a sauce on the side to adjust the saltiness by yourself. The fried vegetables are quite tasty. There are crispy spring onions and beef noodles with braised gravy.
