蚊子多且兇，建議穿長袖長褲或備好防蚊液。

只有從遊客中心綱要上去時的一段階梯稍微比較陡，其他都感覺滿輕鬆的
天氣好時風很大，記得帽子要戴好
很容易飛掉，當天朋友的帽子就飛掉了XD

牛港稜步道─全長 753 公尺，入口位於觀音山遊客中心右側，巨型石雕「龍的傳人」則最醒目的地標。石板路與鋼構棧橋式的步道穿插其間，堅實平整，；同時也是北台灣重要的蝶道，步道上遍植華八仙、石朴、茄苳等亞熱帶蜜源植物，吸引不同品種的蝴蝶覓食，其中以體型較大的紅星斑蛺蝶、豹紋蝶、金鎧蛺蝶、燕灰蝶居多，為此，北觀處也於步道兩旁設有「生態指示牌」，讓遊人透過寓教於樂的方式認識大自然，是北台灣生態教育的場所之一。

Niugangling Trail - 753 meters long, the entrance is located on the right side of Guanyin Mountain Visitor Center, and the giant stone sculpture "Descendants of the Dragon" is the most striking landmark. The stone road is interspersed with the steel trestle-style walkway, which is solid and flat. It is also an important butterfly road in northern Taiwan. The trails are planted with subtropical nectar plants such as Huaba Immortals, Shipu, and Chibi, attracting different species of butterflies to forage. The larger red star nymphs, leopard butterflies, golden nymphs, and swallowtail butterflies are the most common. For this reason, the North View Office also has "ecological signs" on both sides of the trail, allowing visitors to pass the educational and entertaining way. It is one of the places for ecological education in Northern Taiwan to learn about nature in a way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次走牛港稜登山步道就沒有照路標走，選遊客中心後方入口處右手邊開始，沒多久就是非人工步道或階梯，一路泥土路陡升，在以為沒路了時還是接到了步道。今天雲霧嬝繞好像仙境一樣。
The first time I took the Niugangling Mountaineering Trail, I didn’t follow the road signs. I started at the right-hand side of the entrance behind the visitor center. It didn’t take long for a non-artificial trail or stairs. The dirt road rose steeply all the way. . The clouds and mists are like a fairyland today.
