老闆一家人都具有廚師證照，每個人各司其職內外場接應，餐點快速上桌，份量也非常飽足！有時只有兩個人點個飯或麵，再配上1、2盤熱炒，就可以飽到下一餐了?

牛脾氣的紅燒湯頭對我來說鹹淡適中，有味道卻不重鹹，有一點點中藥味(?)，畫龍點睛，太好喝了所以每次都會喝光。
最近兩次都點了大碗紅燒牛三寶麵(160元)，麵換了冬粉，份量很有誠意，肉也滿滿。三寶其中最喜歡牛肚，有入味、味道足，口感有嚼勁。牛肋條燉的軟爛但又有咀嚼的口感，牛筋也軟軟的。
一個人去吃，每次都心滿意足。
