★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來這繳費 也第一次遇到 連掃一下都不試 就叫我先把亮度調到最高再來 我知道會比較難掃一點但應該還是可以掃 而且沒人排隊了 也不會說試試看 跟我說你們的機器比較爛 然後一直等我調好 我下次不會記得先調亮再來繳費 但是會記得不要來這一家

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 110年8月29日，下午4點05分左右，需要傳真資料，因尚未要到對方傳真號碼，所以在現場等了一下，這時店員態度不佳，還「嘖」我，請我自行操作傳真機，說：「請妳按照上面操作步驟來操作，應該不難理解吧，如果妳難理解的話，再叫我過來」。
聽到這裡，一般人都會心情不好吧，態度差成這樣，以後不會再到這家全家，寧願到距離遠一點的7-11。
當時的員工只有兩位戴眼鏡的男生、一高一矮，態度差勁的是那位個子較矮那位。
太差勁了?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一進門就看到一個老的男店員和一個胖的女店員一直在聊天，在冷凍櫃找我想要買的冰棒卻找不到，只好去櫃台問男店員這支冰棒還有嗎？男店員只給一句“如果冷凍櫃找不到就是沒有了”，我只好跑去另一間全家，同樣的我還是找不到我想要的冰棒，詢問店員後，店員就直接去冷凍櫃幫我找，附近幾間全家，就這間店員欠缺服務熱誠，只能說這間店員只想開心的上班聊天，完全不知道他們現在所做的是服務業。
