NO. 1 FOOD THEATER

I guess this used to be a storage warehouse, with nice wood beams, large bright open space. Downstairs sells various organic products, including vegetables and fruits; and the restaurant is upstairs, great place to eat and shop a bit. The three dishes we had all turned out quite delicious, the ribs with spicy curry spices were cooked thru, but firm with nice flavors. The fried meat appetizer was kind of chewy, but tasty. The seafood risotto had really fresh shrimps and scallops and the rice had delicious seafood flavor. Prices, though, were definitely a bit on the high end!

The slow cooked beef short rib noodle was very flavorful and tender. Definitely worth a try! 帶骨牛小排麵蠻好吃, 值得一試

Hidden in the back street, this place is a hidden treasure. The supermarket environment is very pleasant and interesting with good quality produce. The staffs are friendly and always ready to let you try some fruits. They are absolutely fresh and delicious. I didn't intend to buy anything but ended with armful of produce...? The only set back is that parking in that area is so difficult Food in the restaurant is fine and delicious.

The beef noodles are tasty. Amazing! The beef is soft and smell good. Moreover, they took a very long time to cook beef soup. The only shortcut is the price because it costs NTD 680 (service fee is not included) . Furthermore, if you want to have more beef soup (without beef), it costs NTD 200 per bowl. The environment is great. We enjoyed the creative historical building and relaxing music.

The restaurant has been recommended by the Michelin Bib Gourmand for two years, seeking to interpret local cuisine and history with Taiwanese ingredients? It's a converted historic warehouse. The first floor is a food supermarket where you can buy selected Taiwanese food. The second floor is the restaurant. The menu is very special, hand-drawn main dishes are categorized according to the development history of Taiwanese food. Also, they offer a variety of special cocktails, so you can enjoy a drink? We ordered "牛滷香拼盤"、"牛頰牛肉麵"、"椒麻桂丁雞"、"刈包", the most recommended are "牛頰牛肉麵", "椒麻桂丁雞". "牛頰牛肉麵" is a pot of soup that the waiter pours in after the meal. The cheeks are very soft and delicious. Our favorite dish is "帶骨牛小排麵", but was sold out when we went? "椒麻桂丁雞" the chicken is from Taiwan. The meat is fresh and juicy and the outside is crispy. I like this dish very much? . 連續兩年獲得米其林必比燈推薦，追求用台灣食材詮釋在地餐點和歷史? 餐廳以古蹟倉庫改建而成，一樓為食材超市，可以買到精選的台灣食材，二樓就是餐廳了。 菜單很有特色，手繪主要餐點外，是以不同的台灣飲食發展歷史做分類。另外還有提供各式特別調酒，想小酌都沒有問題? 我們點了"牛滷香拼盤"、"牛頰牛肉麵"、"椒麻桂丁雞"、"刈包"，這四到裡面最推薦的是"牛頰牛肉麵"、"椒麻桂丁雞"。 "牛頰牛肉麵"是上餐後，服務生會把一壺湯倒進去，牛頰非常軟嫩好吃，湯頭很溫和會一口接著一口喝。其實我們最想吃的"帶骨牛小排麵"，但去時已經賣完了? "椒麻桂丁雞"選用台灣培育的桂丁雞，肉質鮮嫩多汁，外層酥脆，這道我很喜歡喔?

The food was very delicious. The wagyu beef noodle was kinda pricy but worth to me. The bakery shop looks nice too. Would come back any time.

Delicious dishes using quality Taiwanese ingredients in a comfortable atmosphere. We’ve enjoyed everything that evening. I’ve been back a few times already since the discovery of this little Hidden gem not too far from Breeze center and Sogo. Foodie friends and family all enjoyed dining at this high ceiling barn looking establishment. Would come back again.

Nice old house remodeling to fancy restaurant with menu of the Taiwan History timeline, very interesting ?. Eating ? and learning the history by delicious foods!?
