衣服用到機油送洗,店員說洗洗看,如果需要特殊處理額外產生費用會在電話通知,從頭到尾都沒接到電話,拿衣服的時候直接加收200 那當初說會電話通知是在講好聽的嗎?

因為信任一開始就儲值加入會員,但幾次約好時間卻沒照時間收送衣服。不是太晚送來吵到孩子,就是已經告知哪些時間會不在家,請在家的時間送,送衣服的師傅自己沒照時間來還打電話催促客戶返家收衣只因為他要趕下班,約好送回一件洗了超過兩個月的衣服順便估價地毯,約好時間卻完全沒電話聯絡也沒通知延後時間還要自己打去詢問,已經又過了至少一週⋯不是一次兩次這樣的狀況,覺得這樣的效率和做事方式配不上好的評價!

一件十分貴重的羽絨外套被洗壞了 一件外套處理了快2個月 (不是說10天就可以洗好?) 中間去過店裏幾次詢問外套清進度 第一次說沒好 第二次發現外套洗壞了 最後一次到店裡(第3次)洗衣師傅沒有任何道歉 披頭就問 這件衣服何時買? 多少錢? 口氣極差彷彿他們一點問題都沒有 說話大聲 就是一副洗壞是我們顧客自己衣服的問題 真的很差的感受 本人在這家洗衣店洗衣已有10多年經驗 這次洗壞衣服竟被如此對待 強烈建議大家貴重衣服不要拿來洗 洗壞衣服本是店家疏失 不好好道歉 反而派出洗衣師傅出來大聲嚷嚷 若想花錢受氣+洗壞衣服+被洗衣師傅兇+浪費時間。 誠心 推薦你們可以來這家洗衣!

之前送洗過很順利也如期取件,服務態度很好,所以本月又送洗。 11/2送,店家說11/5可以取;我11/7去取,結果說還沒好,並承諾11/9一定能取。 11/11晚要去取之前想說打電話確認,結果還是沒好;電話上再次承諾明天一定會好,坦白說我聽了都沒有信心。不禁想說難不成洗壞了!? 不是想為難店員,但我只是需要一個確定的時間,做不到的話可以不要承諾嗎?這樣感受很不好,三次。 更:最後終在11/12電話告知可以取件並有再次道歉。希望這次只是偶發的疏失。
