只有住這裡的老人家才知道以前有河峻，還有一個萬盛橋。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 萬盛橋橫跨萬盛溪，萬盛溪下游以前為霧裡薛圳主線。1907年日本政府成立公共埤圳瑠公圳組合後，霧裡薛圳上游與瑠公圳主線整併後，舊萬盛溪河道作為灌溉排水路使用，於沿線仍可見其未加蓋之部分。
作為曾經埤圳湖泊星羅棋布的台北盆地之歷史遺跡，此處應好好保存。
Wansheng Bridge spans Wansheng River, and the lower reaches of Wansheng River used to be the main line of Wuli Xuezhen. In 1907, after the Japanese government established the Public Pizhen and Rugongzhen combination, after the upstream of Wuli Xuezhen was merged with the main line of Rugongzhen, the old Wansheng River channel was used as an irrigation and drainage road, and its uncovered part can still be seen along the line.
As a historical relic of the Taipei Basin, once dotted with Pizhen lakes, this place should be well preserved.
