2019/01 海鮮燴脆麵($200)配料很新鮮豐富而且口味不錯 裡面就有孔雀蛤 勾芡感不會很重 脆麵是像鍋燒意麵那種 泡一下醬汁會軟掉 現炒孔雀蛤($180)是炒豆瓣的口味 魩仔魚煎蛋($100)口味很家常好吃不過有一部分煎的過焦 老闆娘說孔雀蛤並非當地產 只是當地喜好的食材

海鮮燴脆麵超推薦的啦,脆麵就是將麵給油炸過,待海鮮整個炒好之後再淋到脆麵上,吃的時候建議先吃上面的料或其他的菜,待脆麵慢慢吸附醬汁軟化之後會更好吃,至於要軟化到甚麼程度就看您自己的喜好,來這裡必點喔,不點回家後悔之後可別怪Xian沒提醒你!! 一份200元,兩個人可以吃飽,若三個人就建議加點其他海鮮或再一盤標準版的海鮮燴麵,一樣的料,差別只在油炸麵跟一般油麵而已,這樣就可以吃超飽的,但三個人可能會太飽= = 炒青菜也超推薦,超大一盤,又新鮮清甜超好吃,蚵仔湯的蚵仔超大顆,鮮度更是沒話說,好吃啦。 但昨天再去吃海鮮燴脆麵,比較鹹一點點喔,但只是一點點,還好我一樣有點鮮蚵湯。 另外.......老闆老闆娘服務超親切的啦,老闆又很幽默,下次再到八里一定會再找你報到^^
