華聲文教機構創設至今已逾三十一年。最初以「華聲語文中心」為名，創設於民國70年，在台南市逢甲路(今西門路一段)成立第一個分校。主要教授課程為「中文寫作」，尤其是國小作文、國中作文與高中作文領域，精緻深耕，共精編各年級作文教材近四百單元，深入的教材加上精緻的教學，作文教學的聲名鵲起，遠近馳名，口碑載道。二十多年發展，陸續開設書法、美術、口才、心算、圍棋、美語、數學、理化等課程，並研發一系列教材，致力於各科教學，為台南區家長推薦首選。
