客服態度惡劣,因多年前有專門收件送件,感覺服務很好,故再次光顧,誰想事後告知送件時間只有一個固定時間,來回問答態度惡劣,「只有星期六2點這個時間,早一點晚一點都不行,否則自取ok!」由於這個時間都在上班,既然如此我就不會選擇他們家,卻被反嗆「龜山就只有我們」,所以就可以這樣??我可以等,真的無法配合我也可以想辦法自取,但是這樣的服務態度完全無法包容!事後感覺換人回覆態度雖改變,卻反過來字字表示客人應該要知道他們的作業流程!既沒有收據也沒有公告我怎麼會知道?

2021/12/18 送洗一件毛毯$300,不急件,合約上打7個工作天,小姐口頭上說不急件給他十個工作天,期間過了時間也沒有電話,因為離門市進,直接去門市問,2022/01/10去拿,貨物還沒回,原來是送工廠洗,貨物狀況不明只說還沒回門市,莊姓老闆回電也不知道貨物狀況,也無法電聯工廠知道案件狀況,最後我要求把物件立刻退回,並全額退費。消費者合約是打假的,老闆門市都不知道狀況,急件就別來,排程狀況很爛,一點都不專業,就算是排程延誤也應該通知客人,而不是比表訂時間晚還不回電,小姐態度很差,還說:我有義務要每單追蹤每單告訴客人嗎?超爛!大不推,小本生意更應該注重服務態度! 更新: 再三要求店家當日退還毛毯,證實2021/12/18接單,到2022/01/10都尚未進行洗滌,所以奉勸消費者如果要送洗一律都說急單,給店家方便到最後只會一身氣還被貴店小姐說:你又沒說急單!超爛
