第一次碰巧路過卻為之驚豔的好味道，與西部炸排骨不同的是那醃製的肉質口感與味道，西部炸排骨有粿粉像鹹酥雞的地瓜粉偏甜，這裡的炸排骨香噴噴的大塊較厚又好吃！菜色適中是健康的清淡口味但不會太過清淡，配上鹹酥香適中的炸排骨剛剛好！
如果太晚要收攤時~老闆菜帖沾板收起來就不切塊了唷~“咬著也很香”
