★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去看牙醫然後去士林的慈航藥局拿藥. 藥師王猛男不錯, 很耐心慢慢地跟我解釋怎麼用我的藥. 回家後又有問題打電話過去問, 另一位藥師(不知道名字)但是也是很耐心的跟我解釋.謝謝你們!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 請問汐止中興路上的慈航藥局2020/07/28大約下午17:00過後，有一位婦人詢問藥膏為什麼沒有發票？我看到你們的藥劑師或是服務專員敲桌子說就是沒有發票，我不太懂！是真的沒有發票還是其他原因，回家跟家人討論這件事，我的姊姊和媽媽都被這樣回過。所以買完後才會被告知沒有發票?
May I ask the Cihang Pharmaceutical Bureau on Zhongxing Road in Xizhi after about 17:00 on July 28, 2020. A woman asked why there was no invoice for ointment? I saw your pharmacist or service specialist knocking on the table and saying that there is no invoice, I don't quite understand! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 當初想買耳溫槍但聽了店員推薦，買額溫槍回去測量溫度不準，要退貨再買耳溫槍還覺得顧客是刻意刁難，認為買耳溫槍我們也會退貨，還問東問西家裡溫度問題，根本就是這支額溫槍不準，再也不會來這家買東西！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛剛去幫同事買胃藥，張國周、金十字。藥局人員（ㄧ位男生胖胖戴眼鏡）說買錯不能退……這也太跨張了吧。有發票藥也沒開為何不能退…..有夠離普…。（買的人壓力很大）
聽說大樹藥局服務很好又專業。下次再去那家買嘍。

This is too much. Why can’t I return the medicine even if I have an invoice... (The buyer is under a lot of pressure)
I heard that the service of Dashu Pharmacy is very good and professional. I'll go to that one to buy it next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中興路上很多家藥局，我獨愛這間。店員跟藥師不但專業還很親切，也從來不會推銷藥品或保養品。有時要買某種藥膏，但忘了名字，我只要說出一兩項藥膏外型的特徵，店員跟藥師都能馬上找出來。
There are many pharmacies on Zhongxing Road, but I love this one. The clerks and pharmacists are not only professional but also very friendly, and they never sell medicines or skin care products. Sometimes I want to buy a certain kind of ointment, but I forget the name. I only need to mention one or two characteristics of the appearance of the ointment, and the clerk and the pharmacist can find it immediately.
