臭豆腐口感蠻特別的，酥酥脆脆，沒有什麼臭反而是豆香~不過有一些稍微乾了點，但是泡菜不怎麼酸都是甜甜的味道，也沒有蒜泥可以加，有點美中不足，如果泡菜能酸一點就更好吃。
