ps: 沖泡白茶時只需要捏取非常少量的茶乾，浸取在杯中很長一段時間，它其實還會在沖泡的過程中繼續熟成，從剛開始的青筍味漸漸過渡到比較重發酵的狀態（附近茶行老闆教我的）

The hospitality was excellent, and truth be told the teas sold here are out of this world. It’s not wonder that a family going on it’s 4th generation has passed along some great skills to preserve the true mastery and art of tea harvesting. This place has won multiple national awards for their green tea and I’m grateful to have fell upon them! Come here if you’re looking to buy the best Taiwan tea there is because I did! Boba tea can’t even compare!
