咖喱飯的部分就普通，算是附加選擇而已，不用期待什麼。

單吃叉燒好像還好，但是跟麵一起放入口中可以嚼出叉燒的風味 湯頭濃郁 溏心蛋放入口中滿滿的醬油味 好吃
The curry rice is tender and the char siu is rich in fish and pork soy sauce
It seems okay to eat char siu alone, but when you put it in your mouth with noodles, you can chew the flavor of char siew.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 實在太好吃，不知道是否是用虱目魚背熬湯，湯頭喝起來不膩多了一股清甜，喜歡濃湯的日本湯頭其實也不會太鹹，加蒜味道更棒，叉燒給的非常多，而且不是肥肉，不會吃到後面很膩，細麵很好入口，豆芽菜也沒少給，200比很多連鎖的划算很多，湯量抓的剛好，自製紅蔥頭泡湯非常好吃，小細節都吃的到店家的用心❤️

It tastes better with garlic. It's a lot, and it's not fat, it won't be very greasy after eating, the fine noodles are very tasty, and the bean sprouts are not too small, 200 is a lot more cost-effective than many chain stores, the amount of soup is just right, and the homemade shallot soup is very delicious , the little details are eaten by the store's intentions ❤️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯濃到嘴巴差點打不開，非常重口，而且加了大蒜跟紫洋蔥碎之後整碗喝起來很台式。用料很給力，叉燒、鳥蛋、溏心蛋滿上，以價格來說cp值很高。
忘了說，烤黑輪片很讚，烤午魚也很好吃（但是肉不多喔）

The ingredients are very powerful, the barbecued pork, bird eggs, and soft eggs are full, and the cp value is very high in terms of price.

丼飯份量偏少，正常飯量，可能會有空虛的感覺
之後會想嘗試貴店烤物。
不過因為坐落於夜市中，可能停車需要耐心
建議來訪的客人，可以騎機車前往

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 查到評價之後非常心動，千里迢迢跑到凱旋站來吃這碗拉麵，果然是名不虛傳，太值得了！
?餐點：雞湯醬油拉麵（捲麵）
滑順的麵條和醇厚順口的湯頭簡直絕配，一口接一口吸個不停。
?叉燒：有點炙燒和煙燻的感覺（不太確定），但肉非常多又大塊，吃得好滿足！
?總評：很值得來享用的一間店，雖然大家都說很濃，但我覺得是很順口的那種，完全不用擔心會膩～而且店員服務非常好??
After checking the reviews, I was very moved. I traveled all the way to Kaixuan Station to eat this bowl of ramen. It really lived up to its reputation and it was so worth it!
?Meal: Chicken Soy Sauce Ramen (rolled noodles)
The smooth noodles and the mellow soup are a perfect match, and you can't stop taking one bite after another.
? Char Siew: A bit scorching and smoky (not sure), but the meat is very large and chunky, so satisfying!
?General comment: It is a shop worth visiting. Although everyone says it is very strong, I think it is very smooth. You don't have to worry about getting tired~ and the service of the staff is very good??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s good time spend my dinner here, and the ramen which I ordered are really good taste and delicious, I recommend everyone to try it.
And rice with teriyaki sause fly beef with egg on top, deliciously food, it makes me to go back again to try it.
The price might high a little bit, but it’s worthy for me, how about you? Do you try it worthy for you or not!!!?
