以前常來因為老闆會請一些比較有身障的愛心加油站,現在反而是一直推銷推銷洗車花100結果洗完就是局部洗而已!真的奉勸別來浪費錢

我很少給人家負評,也懶的評論,但這家加油站真的很值得讓我上來給個1顆星。 去加好幾次油,大概都是半夜,都會碰到一個較年長的男生(帶帽子有點白頭髮)我不知道他是碰到什麼打擊還是有什麼心理上的困難,我每次碰到他,他對我的態度就像仇人一樣?例如:我跟他說我要刷卡及載具,他就很兇的跟我說:95塊!!(意思叫我快點給他錢)然後加油滴出來,他不但沒幫我擦,我跟他要抹布,還一臉不屑的給我,認為我麻煩。哈囉?先生.....你心情不好干我什麼事==別把氣出我身上。 還有因為前面有貼週六op9.9%,我就剛好週六去加油,我就問另外一個男服務員說:今天掃op有回饋嗎?他居然很不負責任的跟我說:那個我不知道欸..... 結果就去問那個年長的男人:他就跑來跟我說:喔沒有。什麼叫沒有什麼叫不知道,你那邊就貼了一張海報,就算我沒符合活動資格,你也大概簡單的跟我說一下活動是怎樣把?! 唉反正這種加油站我是不會再去了,我寧願跑遠點去前面中油加。雖然你們可能覺得流失一個客人不差還有上千個,但是如果負責人沒有一直去注重員工訓練這塊,再這樣下去早晚有天一定會顯現出結果。 最後我想給那位年長男人一句話:成不成功處決於你這個人的修養。
