您好 我們最近跟貴公司的導遊跟團出遊 一整趟行程我們全家都覺得服務不周,態度不佳 在八月十九日時我們上機時發現貴公司導遊編排坐位時參差不齊 甚至有幼童跟家長分開的情形 並在八月二十日當天 住的飯店無預警停電 導遊都沒有做任何反應 而是透過第三者來告知 服務真的太糟糕了! 而且出遊五天後 導遊都不聞不問 沒有任何的關心 還要我們自己反映任何服務不周的地方 回國後 我們有反應 但導遊卻說了一堆提外的事 避重就輕 真的需要再教育 以上行為讓我非常反感 感覺好像貴公司只想草草了事

我們是參加8月19號到23號的新加坡馬來西亞之旅,在8月20號飯店晚上11點左右整個飯店大停電,停電期間導遊沒有做任何說明,只好我們打去櫃檯詢問,期間等了一個多小時電力還是都沒恢復,另一組人員說要換飯店堅持要把行李拿到大廳,此決定也不是由導遊親自告知,下樓時還責怪我們為何這麼晚到大廳,今天事情的發生,是要由導遊親自告知,而不是由他人代為轉達,導遊的疏失,導致事後兩組人馬在車上為此事爭執,導遊也莫不吭聲、不出面處理。大停電及更換飯店浪費了許多時間,全體人員嚴重睡眠不足,身心疲憊,無做任何補償。隔天V8飯店又將另一組人員的其中一人的行李箱遺失,在現場等了一個多小時,飯店僅賠償對方一盒巧克力。試問一下,其他人為了其中人員的旅行箱遺失也是在做等待,行程delay以至於去任何景點都是在趕時間。貴公司完全沒有做補償,導遊的專業素質有待加強、處理態度缺乏積極。下次絕不會再參加此旅行社。
We participated in the Singapore-Malaysia tour from August 19th to 23rd. At the hotel on August 20th around 11pm, the entire hotel suffered a power outage. The tour guide did not make any instructions during the power outage. We had to call the counter to inquire and waited for one during the period. Power was still not restored for many hours. Another group of staff said that they had to change the hotel and insisted on taking the luggage to the lobby. The decision was not informed by the tour guide. When we went downstairs, we blamed us for arriving at the lobby so late. It is to be informed by the tour guide personally, not to be relayed by others. The negligence of the tour guide leads to two groups of people arguing about the matter in the car afterwards. A lot of time was wasted due to the power outage and hotel replacement. All the staff suffered from severe sleep deprivation, physical and mental fatigue, and no compensation. The next day, the V8 restaurant lost the luggage of one of the other group of staff and waited for more than an hour at the scene. The restaurant only compensated the other party for a box of chocolates. I would like to ask, other people are waiting for the loss of their suitcases. The delay of the itinerary is that they are in a hurry to go to any scenic spot. Your company has no compensation at all, the professional quality of the tour guide needs to be strengthened, and the attitude of handling is lacking. Will never join this travel agency again.

為什麼家人參加六月份的美西團,你們已經拖了兩個月,就是遲不退款?按照定型化契約,美國目前是三級警戒,我們不想去了要退款不行嗎?你們是想拖到扣到款才甘願是嗎? 按照你們這種態度,就算成團我們也不想參加你們團,這樣你懂嗎?這不是做生意的態度,如果沒有回應的話,禮拜一我們一定申訴你們!

7/17-7/19家人至澎湖旅遊,去程是在台中清泉崗機場搭機,回程時旅行社竟然沒訂到機票,要求家人留在澎湖搭下一班的飛機自己返台(返台飛機停靠松山機場,還需自己轉車回台中),為什麼不是領隊自己搭下一班飛機回台,而是留我家人獨自留在那邊?沒遇過這麼扯的旅行社,傻眼???
From 7/17 to 7/19, the family traveled to Penghu. The departure trip was to take a flight at Taichung Ching Chuan Kang Airport. On the return trip, the travel agency did not book a ticket and asked the family to stay in Penghu and take the next flight to Taiwan (return to Taiwan by plane) If you stop at Songshan Airport, you still need to transfer back to Taichung by yourself), why didn't the team leader take the next flight back to Taiwan, but leave my family alone there? Never met a travel agency like this, dumbfounded? ? ?
