不同一般的羊肉爐，蒜頭湯底加上肉片的羊肉，
真的不錯吃哦！不過要趕快吃煮久會很柴哦！
沒有油油的湯頭，讓我們都多吃很多，????沒吃過的可以來吃看看，
大環境的關係，一鍋湯底加肉要$1000元，在加一盤肉$900元，是真的了點，
不過我覺得值得，因為好吃???。

I went to Huang Shuiping, but when I got to the door, they had an early rest >, ,<,立馬想到這家搬到外環道環境較新的溪州呂羊肉爐,來這裡當然就是要點招牌的蒜頭鍋囉!
鍋一端上來,不小一鍋,裡面蒜頭滿滿很有誠意,一看就覺得真材實料大方給力啊!整個大骨清湯很清甜,可惜點鍋無法直接點帶皮羊肉,五花羊肉本身無腥味,厚度也不錯又大塊不會像一般小小一塊,很有口感超好吃,配上蒜頭湯底的清甜,一口肉一口湯就是爽!豆皮也是便宜份量比一般多,光看側面的孔洞就很好吃,而且不會有油耗味,相當不錯,菜盤也是一大把,麵線帶有油蔥香份量不錯,但天冷的關係如果結成球,這時加一點點清甜的湯頭下去拌開剛剛好!
