於是找了一天去買了一張實木桌板，使用5個月後發現變形！聯絡老板老板二話不說馬上說您來店裡再挑一張同材質同尺寸的，免費更換。
電話中暸解到原來實木桌上不適合加放玻璃，不利木頭透氣！在這特別謝謝老板。
而因爲老板做生意永續經營的態度，不另收費，值得大家來消費不怕售後沒人服務。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020年初在頑木訂製了一塊原木餐桌，老闆到府現場評估客廳適合的餐桌大小與電梯能進出的寬度，最後親自送貨到府，並且教導保養的相關知識。
四個月後發現內層漆似乎沒乾透，向店家反映，老闆二話不說直接載回去處理，並且不收任何費用(包括來回運費)。
認真負責，不怕售後沒服務，值得推薦的好賣家!
