★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 太誇張了續約換新的i7結果那隻手機一個晚上都沒用直接從100%掉到30%。拿去問竟然給了一隻良機.....我明明就有手機保險怎麼不是換一隻全新的那我買保險買假的？而且態度又極差到一個不行，都想馬上委約換間了，實在太誇張..

Why not buy a new one, then I buy insurance to buy fake? And the attitude is extremely poor, and I want to change the room immediately. It is too exaggerated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃台服務員很有禮貌 ，但客人素質很差對遠傳櫃台小姐不禮貌，要不要更換5G 搭配手機是去門市之前應該想好的，不是到現場大小聲台灣國語:(問現在是這麼樣?想讓我換手機故意說5G比較快是嗎？※※※三字經的話三句不離口)，櫃三個櫃台的小姐有的翻白眼不想解釋，有的墊墊當沒聽見喊下一位了!不知道要說專員態度不好還是客人素質不好引響現在客人氣氛，現在生活中我們都欠缺生活的態度對不對，是應該做的還是理所當然，變太大了

問題又推回給消費者，跟本就是欺騙客戶
建議要來辦這家遠傳電信之前，最好想清楚！
