因為一大塊=可以切四小塊(土城懷念泡菜臭豆腐一份3大塊切4小塊),所以當天點了大份6塊就是吃了正常二份臭豆腐),

近期再訪覺得味道變差了，現在也不能內用，外帶豆腐泡菜醬料全部包在一起，回家後打開全都軟趴趴，很不滿意。

親切熱情的一家店，但店內只用一個油鍋炸難免造成品質不是很穩定，如果客人不多可以跟老闆討論要吃到的酥度。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早年陪內人回新營娘家, 小舅子都會買”阿松臭豆腐”給我們品嚐, 近些年有機會調到柳營工作, 一次騎機車出門, 無意間發現這店家.
當時還是老老闆夫婦打理內外, 只覺這味道很相識, 莫非新營的臭豆腐都是這做法, 原來兩家是同兄弟, 系出同門.
店家小姐姐眼巧嘴甜, 像媽媽一樣能幹, 炸功已更勝於老爸了, 辣椒的做法有別於其他店家, 怕辣的可要小嚐就好.
新的改變是四、五、六塊任選, 以前貪吃, 點了大盤的, 是吃過癮了, 卻也讓胃撐的難受.
