跟員工雞同鴨講了好一陣子
員工一度指著智慧音響問我：
「 你知道這個是什麼嗎？」
也質疑我是不是有泡到水
智慧音箱我每天都只掛在桌上使用，
而且都用了半年多了
這次壞掉送修的經驗，
讓我覺得很吃力和尷尬
不過後來實際從店面寄出送修後
遠傳倒是很快就修好寄回門市店面了
異常問題也都一併解決了
