★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 員工素質有待加強，咖啡泡完直接放在他自己面前就轉身走人，好歹也放近一點(我手還要伸進塑膠簾才拿的到)，然後咖啡還跟水一樣淡!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 星期四晚班9點多，那個女員工服務超爛，無論訓練不足或者粗心大意，也不該犯這個錯，買個冰淇淋讓我浪費了快30分鐘,後來男員工過來才知道冰淇淋機出狀況，結果跟我說冰淇淋要退冰只好退費，浪費我那麼多寶貴時間

服務真的差的可以

一位中年男店員服務態度真的很差
不知道是貴店員工訓練有待加強還是因為他個人因素
印象中客人要取貨應該是報手機後三碼 然後店員按機器查詢件數及名字
而該店員卻直接去取包裹給我 告知他名字錯誤 而且件數不止一件
處理態度真的很差
希望貴店在員工訓練這方面加強！
