★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我是在周四，12月30號下午大約1點45到全家列印醫院掛號所需要的文件。當值的服務人員很熱心的將儲存在我手機裡的文件順利的列印出來。她不厭其煩的工作態度讓我這個外地人很感謝及感動。 她的服務態度正如全家的英文名字 Family 一樣, 視顧客如家人。在新年的第一天，我想再跟她說一聲謝謝！
I came to Family Family on Thursday, December 30th at about 1:45 pm to print out the documents required for hospital registration. The service staff on duty was very enthusiastic and successfully printed out the documents stored in my mobile phone. Her tireless work attitude made me a foreigner very grateful and moved. Her service attitude is just like the family's English name, Family, and treats customers like family. On the first day of the new year, I want to say thank you again to her!
