★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大多數的員工都非常專業友善，但仍有控制不住自己情緒對老人家大聲說話的員工，並非所說的安撫誘導轉移。雖然有對他們反映，但工作人員的回應是，我們的員工都非常專業，我相信我們的同事。非常遺憾。
Most of the employees are very professional and friendly, but there are still employees who can't control their emotions and speak loudly to the elderly, which is not the soothing induced transfer. Although there are reflections on them, the response from the staff is that our staff are very professional and I trust our colleagues. Very regrettable.
