Before the Chinese New Year, my wife's mobile phone suddenly broke down and was sent here for repair. The clerk had a friendly service attitude and explained the repair process in detail. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taiwanese service at its very best: friendly, efficient, skilful and inexpensive. They melted the glues and disassembled my phone (a model known to be challenging to get into, as it's basically one sealed unit), replaced two faulty components, fixed another problem it had had for months, and had it all glued back together within an hour, and all for a very reasonable fee. If you're in Taoyuan or Linkou (or maybe even Taipei) and need a trustworthy phone repair shop I definitely recommend making the trip here.
